After dealing with some poor realtors, Don came to save the day. On our first outing he was quick to point out some key indicators to future house problems. He saved us from stepping into some real money pits. He quickly picked up on what we were after and worked hard to find us a suitable house. (11 months and 125 houses in all) His determination and patience was unwavering as we went through numerous offers. He was able to help us work through a grossly negligent 3rd party bank. And while it took 9 months to finally get the house from the bank, he was able to get us in at an awesome price with some additional bank funded repairs.

Almost as soon as the home was listed, potential buyers started to come. We actually had multiple offers, and Don helped to sort out the pros and cons of each offer.
